One AIDelete your One AI account
One AI by DOXUTOSTUDIO Trend Limited. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
In the app (immediate)
- Open One AI and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted right away. Want a copy first? Use Settings → Your data → Export all notes (.zip).
Without the app
Email contact@doxutostudio.top from the email address you sign in with (Google or Apple) with the subject “Delete my One AI account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Profile (email, name, photo)
- All notes: audio, PDFs, transcripts, summaries, AI content, chat history, tags and glossary
- Share links (they stop working immediately)
- Watch sessions and push notification tokens
Backups are purged within 30 days.
What is kept
- Purchase and subscription records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, as required for accounting and tax.
- Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics that no longer identify you.
Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel an active subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings — see Support.
