One AITerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and DOXUTOSTUDIO Trend Limited (“DOXUTOSTUDIO”, “we”, “us”), the publisher of One AI (“the App”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
One AI records or imports audio and documents and uses automated speech recognition and language models to produce transcripts, notes, summaries, action items, diagrams, flashcards, quizzes, translations and answers. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for checking anything you rely on. The App is a productivity tool and does not give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country (and at least 13).
3. Recording responsibly
- You must have the right to record and process every recording you make or upload, including any consent required by the laws where the conversation happens and from the people in it. Using the App's recording notice does not replace your legal obligations.
- Do not use the App while driving or in any situation where it distracts you from your surroundings.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, is abusive, or contains malware. Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, scrape or reverse-engineer the App or its servers, resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
5. Plans, limits and subscriptions
- Free: currently one free note (a recording of up to 30 minutes, or a PDF), fair-use limits on AI requests, and ads.
- Premium: unlimited recording time with recordings of up to 4 hours, cloud live captions, no ads, longer audio retention and higher AI limits. Current limits are shown in the App.
- Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly, as offered in the App) through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your store account. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- We may change limits or prices; price changes apply from your next billing period and are announced in advance as the stores require.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to your recordings, documents and notes. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display them only to provide the service to you and to the people you share them with. We do not use your content to train AI models, and neither do our AI providers under our agreements with them. Original audio and PDFs are deleted after 7 days (free) or 90 days (Premium) — see the Privacy Policy.
7. Share links
A share link makes a note readable by anyone who has the link. You can revoke it at any time. You are responsible for whom you send links to.
8. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services (for example Google Firebase, ElevenLabs, Google Gemini, OpenAI, RevenueCat and Google AdMob) as described in the Privacy Policy. Their availability is outside our control.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code and trademarks belong to DOXUTOSTUDIO Trend Limited or its licensors. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed in the App. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.
10. App Store and Google Play
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; Apple is not responsible for the App or its support, and has no warranty obligations beyond those required by law. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these terms only as their store terms require.
11. Termination
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or create legal risk. If we discontinue the App we will give reasonable notice so you can export your notes.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for decisions made based on AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
